I went to bed last night on a hard surface sleeping on my right side and woke up with bad pains in my neck and shoulder on the right side, I can’t tilt my head back or pivot it fully to the right side, when I lift my right shoulder up I only get a 4/10 pain when reaching for high things. It’s been like this all day and I recently just noticed my shoulders are noticeably uneven, my right side is drooping a lot lower than my left when I stand perfectly straight.
