Calf muscle is swollen, and is very stiff ,hard to walk. What is best option to reduce this pain, she is working from home, is worried to go for walk due to covid situation.no much exercise as well.

Given the History and patient profile, It's possible to be something called Deep Vein Thrombosis. This needs clinical examination and an Ultrasound doppler. Please visit an Orthopedic surgeon or vascular surgeon at the earliest.
