I have recently started working out at a gym, doing cardio and lifting and have noticed 2 soft, small bumps on the outside part of my leg. After some research I believe it is a muscle hernia. They are not really painful but I am wondering if I can continue to workout without making them worse or creating more and why it happened?

Dear you need to get your swelling evaluated or at least send me a picture.
The possibility of muscle herniation cannot be ruled out due to heavy workout, but other possibilities needs to be excluded first.
