Muscle get weakens
I had been excessively masterbating since 7-8 years;Now i have stopped this....i am 24 year old.i have consulted nuerologist also..my brain MRI is normal.I have severe helath problems like bisep muscle twitches and can't raised hand up ..when i raised my hand arm throbs uncontrollably. After many searching on this During masterbating I had loss magnesium and zinc and so many minerals excessively ..So this muscle irritation are raised due to magnesium and zinc deficiency???
