How can we detect muscle dystrophy/ archilles tendon in a three year old boy? What are the early symptoms?

Early symptoms are difficulty in walking ,difficulty in rising from sitting position, frequent fall typically involves lower limbs Diagnosed by clinical assessment , family history , muscle biopsy , NCV , EMG

Very unlikely muscle biopsy shows any clear picture unless it is a infantile form which is very very rare . Genetic testing will give answers
