Hello doctor my husband is having cramp like pain on his lower right abdomen more like oblique muscle pain could uou pla help with some medicine for same...he is having pain whem moving around..

A lower abdominal pain in rt side could be muscle pain, reanl stones and also could be appendicitis.  If there is no fever, take diclofenac sr 50mg two times daily and get a ultrasound abdomen done to know the pathology
