Hlo how does I check that I have muscle pain or nerve pain bcoc I travels anywhere from neck sometimes one side or sometimes both the sides or sometimes in chest or abdomen , stomach , legs, any where in the body but more at my right neck and hand which travel to leg also lower back also please tell me the cause and treatment if I have muscle or nerve pain

Any pain which is so inconsistent in location and security is in first place due to stress. It hardly has any physical basis.

Try to relax first and if it is not coming down take help of your physician, he will give medication for stress relief.
