Can I give zincovit syrup to my 7 yr old boy along with ostopolybion syrup. Can u please suggest some good calcium syrup for my kid.

Yes u can give those syrup . But more than syrup nutritional supplementation through diet is more recommended. Milk and milk products , oysters, crabs, millers like ragi are rich sources of calcium .
