Multiple times sneezing
In mornings and during change of season, when I wake up, I sneeze multiple times with watery eyes and stuffed nose with running mucus.
It happens during noon or evening also. No as such particular time for it.
Pls help.
It happens more during rainy season.

your problem is due to hyper sensitivity of the tissue in nose and dryness in nose.
it is suggested to do hot fomentation with ajwain 2 times mor & night after application of warm Narayan tailam on the sinuss area.
keep a habit if putting 1 drop of Narayan tailam when you go out and sleep at night.
avoid cold water cold drinks spicy food .
it is suggested to have dashamulakatutrayadi kashayam 3 tsf with warm water after food
