Multiple symptoms but HIV negative test

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I hv tested HIV negative using HIV combo test multiple times for 4 years after a exposure. However all these years I hv constant lower abdomen pain with dark urine, skin rashes with prurigo nodularis in legs, hand, body and foot sweeling recently. Got chcked for all other issues like abdominal pain dark urine etc but didnt find any problem in reports. Do I need a HIV pcr test and thus this symtoms points toward seronegative HIV infection where inspite of infection antibodies are not produced?
