Multiple myeloma
I have excessive sweating in my Back when I sleep or lay down with my Back downside in day and night. No sweating in any other body parts at all. When I turn my Back Upside Then sweating  disappears. Is this a symptom of multiple myeloma? No Thirst, No Back or bone pain, No fever. Should I worry about It? Pls Help...

Those symptoms are not related to myeloma. Your esr is not the sole criteria for diagnosis of myeloma.. fear not and have peaceful sleep
