  4. Multiple fissure. Problem appears again!

Multiple fissure I have since April 2020 still pain is there if I forget to take loose seyrup one they the problem appears again

Might require sphincterotomy, consult a surgeon. Do get a colonoscopy done to look for chronic diseases of the colon as you are having recurrent fissures
