Multi level disc dissecation & discbulge
Hi, Iam 32 years female. Iam married and it's  been 8 years. I don't have kids. I am suffering from severe back pain from 5 years. Report says that "Multilevel disc dissecation and diffuse disc bulge in the lower lumbar vertebral levels with no evidence of spinal canal or neural ferominal compromise." " Diffuse disc bulge at L4-5 and L5-s1 levels with thecal sac indentation." Can anyone please tell me exactly what happened. When I visit doctors, they are saying" yes, problem in L4 and L5, with our treatment it will get reduced" but they are explaining exactly what happened. Please anyone explain me please.

Hi, These kind of mri reports are quite common where there is no specific point of issue. Chances are your back pain is not due to any disc problems but you may only be deficient in vitamins.
Next Steps
get vitamin B12 and D checked
Health Tips
get injectable supplement
