Multi drug resistant tb

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My father was diagonesd with mdr tb 8 months before and treatment is going on.At the start of the treatment they did bronchoscopy and did culture it three drugs were resistant(ionizaid,rifamcin,ethamutol) now after six months they again did the test and its now showing all drugs are sensitive.Is this possible or we should consider a culture test again??
