Tab augmentin 625 mg twice a day Tab sinarest lp half tablet twice a day Cap omez d once before breakfast Otrivin nasal drops 2 drops twice and followed by steam inhalation with Vicks for a week

looks like you're having chronic sinusitis with typical postnatal discharge You did not mention about other symptoms like whether you are having headache, sneezing etc this can be controlled by antibiotics and proper precautions
