You need to get a CT-PNS with Mastoids scan in direct coronal view 1mm cuts, to get the exact picture of what is happening. Whether the deviated nasal septum is significantly deviated enough to mandate surgical correction, any sinusitis or blockage of sinus openings which need to be unblocked etc.
