Please attach some clear photographs and detailed history. Since how many days it is present, it's paining or not?
Physical examination is required to diagnose it. It could be mucocele or recurrent ulcer.

See it doesn't seems to be mucocele.it seems to be recurrent ulcer.it seems to heal by itself.do you feel any pain kindly confirm.just take Multivitamin of your choice for 5 days and then update if you feel improvement or not .for further details you can consult me
