MRI REPORT
1)Ill-defined and focal T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are noted in the bilateral periventricular white matter, suggesting ischemic changes (Fazekas grade 1). 2)Blooming is observed in the left insula, measuring approximately 3 mm, indicating a micro bleed or calcification. I had a stroke 8 years ago. I have been having migraines and other brain issues. The above report is it an emergency issue ? Can anyone explain the report to me ?

Not an emergency... However stroke at your age is not common. Needs evaluation to identify why you had stroke - so that this could be avoided in future
