Extreme headache & both side of neck paining only in night, right side haf face fallen, in the mouth area lips fallen, difficulty in eating n also difficulty facing in raising eyebrows, nose and smiling. All these symtomps raise from last 15 days .Patient is sufferring from diabities from last 15 years and also suffered from Herpies zoster 1.5 years back. Patient has become very weak. Also right hand 3 fingers 1st 2nd & 3rd has become numb and very painful. Due to COVID 19, doctors are not availble, so with difficulty consulted a neurosurgeon n he has prescribed medicine but even after medication there is no releife and pain is there. Consulted ENT also but he couldnot trace anything and asked to continue the medicines prescribed 1. Tab Nervite daily after dinner taking from last 2 month 4M Last 10 days: 2. Tab Nuvic CD3 1daily 3. Tab Tryptomer 10 mg 1 daily 4 Tab Dicorate ER 500 1 daily at 11 am

If possible just take video consultation with ur nearest neurologist though direct consultation is difficult due to lock down, atleast we can get some important information through video consultation. Agree with my colleague expert opinion.

What ever I could gather from description patient has Bells Palsy rt and carpal tunnel syndrome rt. Also don't know how king he has been having headache. Pl give complete history in addition to the medicines he is taking give him Maxmala 50 at night  for bells palsy he has to do face excercise s regularly., The treatment for bells palsy is to be given at onset only.
