Consulted psychiatrist for behavioural changes. MRI Brain plain shows - A focal T2/T2 flair hyperintensity in subcortical white matter of left parietal love - Small vessel ischemic change.. Is this needs neurologist consultation.. Highly worried.. pls advise

Just small vessel ischaemia is not to be concerned about. If you have numbness and weakness then needs assessment. You might have had a mini stroke before. Needs blood tests to check lipid profile to prevent further ischaemia. Does not need treatment if no symptoms
