I am having a hard time to put off my movie/tv shows watching habit. Now it is become a routine to watch this everyday after coming from the office. I get a sense of satisfaction after doing that.
I am trying from the last couple of months to put it off but I am failing every time. This habit is really affecting my life. I rather sit in front of the computer watching those tv shows rather than doing anything else.
What should it do to get rid of this?
