Maybe you have hypersalivation probably taking very spicy food at night. Avoid rich and heavy dinner and don't consume too much water before going to bed. Also you must be requiring professional teeth cleaning so please visit a nearby qualified dental surgeon. Thanks

Firstly brush before going to sleep. Check that you are not mouth breathing as that causes bad breath . Get a regular dental check up and cleaning of teeth done by your dentist

mouth water or salivation is due to viral infections, gastric infections and varied food items.
since there is no information about the duration of the problem when it started ,we cant diagnose to the point.
A good quantity of saliva (mouth water) is rather good to avoid caries. But it is discomforting to u and with smell. Then the teeth or stomach may need treatment. So pls visit dentist and gastroenterologist or ent specialist. Take care.
