Black spots on either mouth bed
Iam in anti TB drugs since five months, one tab of 50mcg of thyroxine for thyroid too. Offlate iam seeing some black spots on both sides of inner mouth bed. They are a little rough too when felt with my tongue plus deep above on both sides there are bruises up on mouth bed that give a burning sensation when I eat even slightest spicy food. Why is it so? It's been a month now of these spots and they are not going. Please help.

Since you are taking the medications for 5 months now, the black spots may not be due to the drugs taken. However the cause of the black spots usually are prolonged antibiotic use, poor oral hygiene, use of tobacco, bacterial growth on tongue due to less immunity.
Next Steps
you must consult a dentist at your earliest without further delay.
Health Tips
Don't try any home remedies and visit your dentist and get proper diagnostics tests done as this is not a good sign of having black spots since 1 month now.
