Mouth ulcers
I have been suffering from mouth ulcers all my life. It comes every now and then. When I take B complex tablets I don't get ulcers but when I stop taking it comes back again. Does it mean I have Vitamin B deficiency? Do I always have to take B complex tablets?

As you are having this problem frequently, it means your vitamin intake  is very less.
Next Steps
Eat fresh leafy vegetables daily. Consume fresh fruits also regularly. Apply coconut oil over the ulcers. Take capsule Cobadex forte once daily if the problem is severe.
