Mouth ulcers&constipation
Hello doctor, I always get mouth ulcers inner part of the lips. It's keep happening on and on. Dry lips, skin peeling on lips, bleeding on lips when excess, dullness on face as just from bed throughout the day and mainly constipation issues along with this. All these happens together always and goes off. Tired of thinking and visiting doctors. No permanent result still. Please help Atleast guiding that where to go and get treated.

Gargle with yastimadhu churna available at Ayurveda stores.
Mix yasti churna 1tsp with lukewarm water and gargle.
Take internally Saribadyasava 15ml with water twice daily after food.
