  3. Mouth ulcers. For the last 5-6 years.

Mouth ulcers
At any given time I have around 2-3. ulcers in my mouth which take 4-5 days to subside. They again recur in few days.  I have tried b complex tablets and using gel but it does not help. I have had this problem for the last 5-6 years.

hello.. kindly consult a physician as long standing ulcers have various causes... please continue to use becousules tab..avoid spicy and oily food..have more of green leafy vegetables... have food on time...drink loads of water atleast 4-5 lts in a day
