Mouth ulcers and due to water effect

I have my hair fall problem from last three years living 2 years in Visakhapatnam and 1 year in kota made me bald on my front and i am seeing low density of hair follicles on my crown area i am on my 3rd stage can regrowth of my hAir possible?how can i overcome this problem?
