  4. Mouth ulcer. Could be the reason for it?

My father suffered from oral buccal mucosa cancer in 2010 and he went through surgery and radiotherapy.Now after 7 years their is a small ulcer under his lips which is persisting from 5 days.So what could be the reason for it

Dear User as he was having mouth cancer treatment previously, please get it examined from oncologist as there is always chance of recurrence of disease.
