Unusual Patch on Buccal Mucosa
I have been consuming pan masala with zarda since 2020 (I have quit it 2 months back) and smoking cigarettes since 2017. Now during late September 2022 I noticed some wounds on both sides of buccal mucosa. The wounds healed but there's was this unusual Patch after the wounds which is healing very slow (2 months now) and I don't know what is it? Is it cancer? I have attached pictures please have a look. (these patches are on both sides of buccal mucosa).
