Mouth ulcers are due to 1. Vitamin b deficiency : take neurobion forte once daily for 30 days. 2. Gastritis : take antacids  ( pantoprazole 40mg once daily fir 14 days). For both causes : take proper diet. Lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink a lot of water.
