Due to continuos chewing of tobacco mouth not open properly ....due to this problem the problem occurs while eating food or meals....

The condition is called as OSMF i.e. oral submucous fibrosis. You will need some medicine and few physiotherapy exercises.

consult a general dentist. He/She will prescribe an analgesic and/or a muscle relaxant and teach you a few mouth opening exercises. and please stop eating tobacco
