Mouth infection
Mouth ulcer and palate burning and lip burn like cold sore  occur 2.5 months ago and i visit dentist he prescribed (cloradyn )antiseptic mouth wash and teejel to apply also i have take b plex .after 1 week mouth ulcer cured .but Burning sensation and lip burning not cured also start paining gums and teeth with cap and dry mouth  so i have continued same mouth wash and teejel for 2 months and after two month  i consult ent he prescribed AQUASOL CAP local application ,SYP ENSTRENGTH 10 ml,TAB EKVIT PLUS .no improvement so again i consult oral & maxillofacial He prescribed quadrajel after apply this burning sensation cured but mouth dry and throat are dry also gums irritating white cut appearing in lower lips.
