Mouth gum burn

Asked for Male, 21 Years

4 days before at night before going for sleep I drinked 1 full glass of hot milk. That time I didn't feel so much pain but after that night the pain was extremely high inside the mouth and till now I didn't get relief. I couldn't eat anything although I feel hungry. Please help me
