Mouth cancer
I have a reddish cut type wound in my back right tounge, on the same side, on my throat,there is a white mark surrounded by red line..i have this issue for ten days... I see a dentist he says nothing to worry.. What should I do to detect weather it is cancer or not?

It was never there or you noticed it just for 10 days ? If it’s not painful and just you noticed it and not sure how long it’s been there and over 10 days it’s not changing to become better , consult an ent specialist who can do endoscopy or biopsy if needed. Or an opinion from omfs who might consider biopsy if indicated.
