Dear sir/madam My mom used gutkha(shikhar) for the last 15 yrs or so. Now she feeling burn inside and could not able to eat food. She has tremendous pain inside the mouth. Plz advice us early as possible.

Since she has the history of taking gutkha for a long time ,it can be a precancerous / cancerous lesion. Better to consult an Oral medicine specialist / Oral Oncologist ASAP. Many such conditions are curable now.
