I am taking medicines b complex, flucolab, ompizole-D, biofol-z, and also flagyl from last 4 days. But not getting relif. Kindly suggest. Please please.

You seem to be suffering from apthous ulcer of the mouth and throat. Usually it is a self resolving condition and only symptomatic treatment is required for few days. You can use good painkillers and local antiseptic gel application if the diagnosis is confirmed
