B Complex Table for Sore Throat & Tongue
Hi Doctor, my tongue is stolen and throat has also become sore. The tongue and inside of the mouth area is Red. Should I consume B Complex Tablet or take any other medicines?

If it looks beefy red in colour -could be Glossitis due to vitamin deficiency and anti reflux medications
