I have issue with mouth blisters. Whenever I eat Maggi, or maggi masala I end up having mouth full.of blisters.
Very painful, and it takes 4 weeks to improve.
Is this some kind of allergy from some spice? Because it is not only with maggi, but also with maggi masala, or tacos masala (which is similar to maggi masala) .
I eat good amount of fiber, which helps with regular bowel movement.
What can I do to fix it or do more to identify the reason here? Thank you for the help and guidance.

Hi,
You have developed aphthous ulcers after an exposure to spicy food. It's quite common.
What you need to do is avoid spicy food especially when the weather outside is hot or when you are dehydrated
For the ulcers don't take any tablets or injections. It's UNNECESSARY
Zytee gel or hexigel would help you with the discomfort. It's a non prescription medicine
Eat bland food without any spice to help with the healing
Take care
