Mouth aphthous ulcer
I am having a ulcer like thing on my inner lip...is it aphthous ulcer or cold sore... It bleeds when I wake up in the morning, there are Lil bit of clots...it was painful , not now ..looks ugly...i am attaching a pic..what is the diagnosis please help so that I can apply medicine...i am at a remote rural place... can't have access to doctor...is it herpes...i am having real anxiety
