Hi everyone I have travelling sickness but I need to travel in bus for 3 days nonstop.can you please suggest me a good pills for vomiting nausea headache dizziness. after seeing bus only I feel vomit bcz of that I can't go trip n all..

Follow these things. 1. Position your self in a supine position or recumbent position with the head braced is best. 2. Reading must be avoided. 3. Keeping the axis of vision at an angle of 45 degree will reduce susceptibility. 4. Alcohol or dietary excess before or during travel should be avoided. 5. Take small amount of fluids and simple food if going for long journey. Tab phenergan 25 mg 60 minutes before journey can be repeated after 12 hours.
