Give laxatives like looz syp....dose depend on response...you can start with 7.5ml once a day and then titrate as per response...

Syp duphalac 10ml at bedtime for 7days Increase fluid intake Add fruit juice or raw fruits to diet No bread or maida products

if no improvement with duphalac we will add other medicine to evacuate the bowel but if only required

Contipation requires holistic approach which includes meducation, counceling and dietary changes. How long this problem is going on?? How are u feeding your child and how much milk is been given.
