Motion issue
My grand father, age 86, from last 5 days he did not went toilet for motion, we have give him some medicines like Duelexin and other oral medicines but its never work.
Even he is not eating well...

I can understand your concern.
If he is not eating well, then he will not shit well.
That's not a surprise.
Take him to a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
