Oral progesterone can not come in stools because it gets disintegrated in the stomach. However , if you feel that the tablet is coming in stools, please consult your Gynaecologist, if you can have vaginal progesterone instead of oral progesterone. For stomach ache you can take Tab Pantaprazole D, one tablet daily. If you are having frequent watery stools, please consult your Gynaecologist if you should have IV Fluids. At 7 weeks Pregnancy we can't give quite a few medicines.
