I m having serta 50 mg for 3 days given by my dr , not feeling good after serta , slight heaviness in head, arm pain ,not talking like as usual , I mean will it take tym or it's not suiting me ..please reply why headache

Sometimes after starting SSRIs like sertraline one can develop these symptoms which are short lasting.
