Hi there. Headaches are of many types which are divided into primary headaches like migraine and tension type headache etc. and secondary headaches. A detailed evaluation and discussion with you about her problems will be required for proper diagnosis and treatment. Also previous prescriptions and test results will be helpful.
Next Steps
Please take online consultation with a neurologist

Head ache has so many causes. Is she having BP, Sinus problem, sight problem, etc? Dispirin has side effects like gastric irritation or even bleeding , hence not to be taken routinely.
Next Steps
If no other symptoms, take tablet Calpol-650 twice or thrice a day. Have proper rest. Drink plenty of water. If no relief in 3-4 days , consult physician.
