If you hv 30 days cycle and are trying to conceive then day 10 to day 20 s your fertile period and chances of pregnancy are more if you have sex during this period on alternative days.
Counting day of start of periods as day1.

You are having regular cycle of 30 days.Means first and last 8 days are safe and rest unsafe.After calculation it is coming from 6 th June to 16 the June meet alternate days.Otherwise take help of ultrasonography to know the size of follicle.
