Mosquito bites have turned huge and red

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I was bitten by mosquitos, now the patches that have been bitten have turned into very large patches of bright red skin. They are incedibly itchy and bite and sting cream and Antihistamines are not helping me at all! What do I do and what’s caused this? I am frequently bitten on summer but it’s this is the worst it’s ever been
