I have couple of mosquito bites and pimples on my face ! How should i get rid of them ? Thanks You for the advice in advance :)

Acne are common in your age group and can be treated with medications. Is your skin oily ? To prevent mosquito bites, use repellents or mosquito net, wear full sleeve clothes while sleeping. Kindly revert back with images of the affected area for better advice on medication.
