I recently came to village had mosquito bite acne on legs ,any suggestions or cream to heal them or any home remedies

You may have something called papular urticaria.

Try to moisturize your legs often, wear full pants to bed and use mosquito nets or repellants to avoid further bites. Consult with me or any Dermatologist of your choice for further management.
