Morning sneeze
I have a problem of morning sneeze. I consult multiple doctors and they say it's allergy, we don't have medicine for that, sometimes temporary relief with spray. Not permanent solution.

U will need to visit an ENT for physical examination to rule out nadal pathology like deviation of septum/nasal polyps. If its normal then... Identify the allergy triggering factors, will need long term medical treatment[use of nasal sparys] best get a skin prick allergy testing done , followed by sublingual immunotherapy.
